All girls will develop breasts during puberty. Some girls experience lumps and tenderness while their breasts are growing. This is a normal part of growing up ... happens to everyone ... though very annoying I know it will pass soon enough. Often times around your period from now on you will have slight tenderness in your breasts and sometimes hurts to lay on your stomach but nothing too too major and is easily solved with some tylonal and a good warm bath. Enjoy womanhood my dear!
Do not stress at all ... you will get used to all of these new sensations and will soon not even notice them.

Mhm,
Growing.

Have you had your period yet? It's common for breasts to get swollen and sore before your period because your estrogen levels start shifting.

Ah bless, its horrid. I remember it well. It means your breasts are growing now. My daughter is 14 and its the same for her. It can last quite a while im afraid. But its nice to think you are growing up isnt it. :)
