Milk glands are developing, normal, and something you'll get all throughout puberty, and it usually starts around the time you get your period. 12 is actually a common age for periods, if you think you might be getting it, you can contact me for any information you need, I know an awful lot about this subject.
Sweetie, that's normal. It means your breasts are just starting to grow. They will be tender for a while so get used to it.
