I used to work at an MRI/CT facility and I have never heard of this. The only thing concerning with a CT is if you have an iodine injection. People who are allerigic to shrimp can not have the injection. The only other thing is your BUN and Creatine levels. If they are not within a certain range the iodine can cause kidney failure.
