Give Some Suggestion that how to loose abs(stomach)?!


Question: do not skip ur meal...
take 15-20 mins to finish ur meal.
dont sleep in afternoon.make urself active.
try 2 eat a begger's meal in ur dinner...avoid protine.(soups or any of friut-avoid grapes,mango)
brush ur reeth after ur dinner.try 2 finish ur dinner b4 8pm.
drink lots of water.,...and eat lots of salads specially more quanitity of cabbage.

do exercise.....pranayam...or skipping,then do some sit ups.
weekly twice non veg.avoid late night..n try wake up in early morning....thease stuffs can easily make u slimmer..i hv tried it...

Exercise, walk and eating less oily things.

purchase a exercise book. and take some exercise & yoga.

i know this is going to sound really simple, but you should laugh more often. when you laugh, those muscle contract and it really does work :) but diet and exercise are important too!

eat less oily things and then every day practice sun salutation series of yoga then u can reduce quick fat from abdomen.

to reduce fat u must do cardiopulmonary excercises.
jogging atlest for 30 mins aday,
cut fat in diet and take protiens more. abdominal crunches will tone up ur msc. if u want more just ask. bye
