Best cleaning lotion/soap for vagina?!
Question: I was using Numis Med but seems like it doesn't work well for the fishy smell (esp. after my period)
Which cleansing you can suggest that I can get online? Which one is the best?

Just use Ivory Soap.
The original one..with no fragrances...
It leaves a clean smell.
A gentle soap and plain water.

you dont want to get an infection
i just use regular sensitive skin dove soap to wash
using a douche can kill the good bacteria that you have that prevents infection
i was told by a gyno the best thing is to not wash it at all because it cleans itself naturally and i have never had that fishy smell so it must work, if you feel you cannot do that use baby wash because its mild and has a clean smell this will not irritate your vagina and you'll feel clean and fresh.
when was the last time you had a pelvic exam? that fishy smell could be something else
but for cleansing, water and vinegar is the best.
you can buy a douche bag, at the drug store and mix about
a few table spoons to an almost full bad with reg water.
other things could cause a yeast infection.

Plain soap and water. All that other crap will jack up your PH levels.
You might have an infection if it smells like that, go to the lady doc!
