it might be a touch of anemia - often happens in girls in their teens who have started their periods - not enough iron in your blood makes you tierd and dizzy and weak. its nothing to worry about but take suppliments and eat food with iron in such as red meat and spinich. if it still continues speak to a doctor.

I was like that even at your age until i started taking multi vitamins.

drink lots of water. i think the veins have to do with the heat.

What is your weight like. It sounds like you could be anaemic and a little underweight - overdoing it on the excercise. You should get yourself checked out at the doctor.

You should get a physical. What you're experiencing could be so many things - it could be a lack of iron in your diet, you could be anemic because of a kidney problem, you could just be experiencing "growing pains". Growing takes a lot out of teens. My son used to fall asleep in class when he was in a growth spurt.

It's best to see a doctor.

Depending on what your workout involves, 4 days a week may be too much.

puperty? it happens with guys too.

Well for starters I would see I doctor.
But it sounds to me like you could be anemic, which is very easy to cure, you just need to make sure your taking vitamins with iron in them, that should help with the being so tired all the time.
IF you are the Doctor will put you on an iron pill which will help.
But there is alot of other things it could be too.
I would see the doctor, thats the only way to really find out.

Hope that helps!
Good Luck!

Check with your doctor, perhaps he wants to do some blood work to check if you are anemic. If not maybe he could recommend a daily vitamin supplement. Eat well, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, stress could make you exhausted, try to eliminate if possible, and get exercise.

There are a lot of things it could be. From mononucleosis to lack of iron in your diet. I would try increasing my iron with a multi-vitamin first and if that doesn't help in a month or so, I'd go get checked. Some would just go get checked, which isn't a bad idea either as it could be something that needs immediate attention. A decision needs to be made regarding how you want to handle it. Those are the only 2 options I see though.
peace

Could be lots of things, you could be aneamic.
I have just been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, so could be that, go to your doctors and get some blood tests. good luuck

i would go see a doctor, it could not to scare you cncer, or anemia, or if sexually active pregnant
