What waist and hip size is a double zero??!
Question: The measurements below are for size 0 and the measurements for size 2 add one inch so taking away an inch from each should give size 00.
Anyone this small who is over 5" tall would be seriously malnourished.
I was smaller then this in my teens and looked skeletal. I'm now a standard size 4 - 6 and look just right.

Hips 33.5 - 34.5

Depends who you ask today.
Women's cloths know no real size. A 0 at one place might be a 4 at another. Each maker today has their own size. With women getting fatter and fatter every year on average the cloths size goes up but the size number goes down. A Lot of women don;t want the truth, they just want their size 4 or 6 as they just KNOW they have not gotten bigger.
