Which country are you in?

your gunna hate this answer but im posting it anyway, just hoping you'll read it! btw im not some mom trying to get you to abstain from sex. actually im 15 and lost my virginity this year and im telling please think twice about it!

did you know that..

THERES NOT SUCH THING AS SAFE SEX! "safe sex" is a fallacy because even condoms and birth control can't always protect you from diseases.

there are over 30 STDs and 30% of them are incurable. that means that 10 of them are viral. there are 2 types of STDs; bacterial and viral. bacterial STDs are currable and usually take about 12-14 days of antibiotics. viral STD are stuck with you for life. Some can even kill you (like AIDS but im sure you already knew that).

yeah, yeah AIDS AIDS AIDS. when you think STDs (and hopefully you do) i bet AIDS is the first one that pops in your head. well sure, AIDS can kill you but there are MANY more deseases you can contract from sex. ever heard of chlmydia? In most cases, it has NO symtoms. which means you could be passing it along with out even knowing it. so your probably thinking "then why does it matter, its not gunna kill me and i can't even notice it". well it can cause you to be infertile. that means.. no babies. right now you are trying to avoid having a baby but what about when you are old? I can see it now.. "will you marry me?" (oh my god oh my god he propopsed! but wait.. maybe i should tell him..) "YES! I LOVE YOU!, but by the way i had STDs when I was younger and now we can't have children. who wants those smelly loud things anyway"

ouch.

next up! im not sure where you live, but here in Canada 80% of the sexually active population has contracted 1-3 types of STDs (luckily im in the other 20%).

OHH and heres you fun fact for the day! did you know that you don't actually have sex to contract genital warts? yep, its true! he had genital warts and you touch his little mr. and suddenly your getting itchy, pusy, irritating out breaks for the rest of your life. i know, graphic.

had enough about STDs yet? thats good cuz im getting tired of typing my grade 9/10 health class lesssons.

but wait, i forgot pregnancy! (this is pointless, you probably stoped reading wayyyyy up ^ there ^ but im gunna continue on anyway.)

guess what? condoms break. when he's inside of you and you feel a pop, pray that his little sperm cell friends aren't swimming towards marraige to your eggs.

teen mothers can and WILL live below the poverty level for at least 10 years. key word: AT LEAST. the fathers of those adorable expensive children will end up paying between 6-80 thousand dollars of child support in their life time. but wait, don't get excited. in reality, when you have a kid, thats nothing. and most of the time the guys aren't that reliable anyways.

theres always abortion, right? true, but lets think for a moment. im not gunna go into how wrong it is to kill a living fetus but i will tell you your concequences of having an obortion. first of theres all that emotional guilt. "omg, what did i do? im a murderer!? yes you are, but thats not the point. too many abortions can make you infertile so you can have a baby when you are older. also, have you ever seen the movie sex has a price tag? you really should, its a thriller. it tells us about one girl who went for an abotions but something went wrong and she got her bowl ripped out right though her vagina! ouchhh. she had to go to the bathroom in a bag outside of her body for the rest of her tragic life.

adoption? i have to admit that this is the best thing that you can do for a baby who was born to two irrisponsible parents. if you want to be responsible once again then this is probably the best way to you. the only thing is, when you are older and maybe want to see the child, their adoptive parents sometimes get to chose weather you can or not. you could always do the temporary adoption thing but its still hard, especially on the kid.

okay im done now. yes really. but please do me a favour and THINK THINK THINK before you stick stick stick it in [=
