I was going to say that uterine prolapse can happen.

Here's what my patho book says are the causes:

Uterine displacement can be caused by progressive relaxation of the pelvic support structures or trauma, such as childbirth or pelvic surgery, that damages or weakens the supporting structures. Pelvic relaxation is progressive and is related to the inherent strength or weakness of the woman's musculofascial tissue. Malpositioning of the bladder, urethra, or rectum (and hence the uterus) may occur many years after an initial injury to the supporting structure. A strong familial tendency and, possibly, a multifactorial genetic component place some women at risk for the development of prolapse. Genital prolapse is 80 times more prevalent in whites than in blacks; and despite grand multiparity, pelvic relaxation is rare in Canadian Indians.

no

No. The uterus is lodged in there pretty good.

Honey, that is ridiculous.
A uterus can never fall out!

The first three posters don't know jack.

A woman can indeed get a prolapsed uterus.

It can drop into the vaginal canal, but it's not going to fall out.
It's similar to a hernia, and is caused by weakened muscles.
