Is there a drink (herbal preferred) for late menstural cycle?!


Question: im a week late but i have all the syptopms..im breaking out, im bloated, and i get minor cramps..i know school stress maybe the cause, but i really want to get it over with..plz help!

Parsley tea! I know it sounds a little weird (maybe a little gross) but it worked for me several times when I had a late period. Just take a handful of fresh, chopped parsley and throw it into a pot of boiling water and let it simmer for a few minutes. Strain it and drink hot or cold. It tastes a little "green" but you can sweeten it with splenda, sugar, or honey. Just sip on it throughout the day. It does have a diuretic effect so you may be going pee more often.

not that i know of, but you could excersize and use a hot water bottle but this might help
