short answer...nerves or Gerd. I think you asked this question before? Have you cut back on coffee and caffeine? If I were to guess I would say nerves in your stomach and elsewhere are causing this! And drinking to much caffeine while stressed just intensifies the problem. You need to relax and see the Doc if you can't control it .....for possible medication.Try meditation, deep breathes and other exercises....cut back on the caffeine....Are you eating?

Deal with or end stressful issues.....I find dealing with problems is the best medicine and get on with your life. My grandpa had something like that his entire life... When he would lay down, the acid in his stomach would flow up and cause heartburn. The doctor told him to elevate the head of the bed a few inches (wood blocks under the wheels) so that gravity would keep it down. That helped.

this normal thing this pain not in the heart but there in muscles around it
this case is normal all people had been worried anxious
suffer from this matter
also i suffer from it and i ask about it and i knew the reason of it

You could hace acid reflux. It can get worse with stress. Go to the store and buy Zantac. You can get it over the counter. Take 1 tablet before you go to bed, or 1 tab in the am. I bet on it that it will cure your heartburn.

Sorry I can't put all of this into words, still I hope this will help. I remember getting it during all five pregnancies and boy did I ever down the Fruit Flavored Tums; you need to find your own medicine.

This will tell you how it happens, what to avoid so you don't get it again and what to take.

u need a heartmate.

The stressed-out bit is not helping, and are you eating/drinking just before bed-time ? Try staying away from caffeine 5 hours before bedtime, sounds like there is a BIG problem/issue you are trying to suppress, and don't want to deal with ? Normally, not something to worry about, but if continues, you should see doctor or Professional Stress Consultant (Like wot I is!)
