Ok, make sure you want to do it and you use GOOD protection i.e. condoms. Also, make sure you can trust the person you are having sex with.
Place: somewhere private. Such as a bedroom with a lock. Make sure without a doubt no one will be home. If you constantly are worrying about getting caught or someone coming home you wont be able to enjoy it.
Organize: No, it can be totally spurge of the moment. But it would be best to plan out so you can get the right place. Start off with making out and work your way to petting and then sex if you two are ready.
Shave: You don't have to shave. But it would be better for the both of you if it was at least trimmed. However it is a personal preference.
After: you relax and take a shower. Make sure you clean, well, with warm soap and water.
