Cloudy Urine...Ovarian Cysts...PLEASE HELP!?!

Question: Okay so long story short.....about a week before Christmas I was having really bad lower abdominal pain. Found out that I had a complex cyst on my left ovary. Doctor said it was common in women my age..not a big deal..as long as I'm not in pain it will most likely go away..and to follow up in a month with my regular OBGYN. So ....the pain went away I thought it was all good scheduled an appt. with my dr. for the end of this month as a follow up.
BUT NOW...the past two weeks..the pain is back..not too bad but its there just like before ...just on the lower left side. And now when I go go the bathroom my pee is kind of cloudy. There is no pain when I pee or discoloration...just kind of cloudy.
Has anyone experienced this? Could it be b/c maybe the cysts came back...or it is it something completly different?? I drink lots of water so the cloudyness isnt b/c im dehydrated. Please let me know if you have ever experienced any of the above. THANKS!

you mean you have POS(policystic ovarian syndrome)?, if thats what you mean, i have the same case.until now.its in both of my ovaries. my obgyne said its because i have irregular period(since 12yrs old i am irregular) means i have hormonal imbalance.thats why i have to take contraceptive pills to regulate my period evry month. i am currently taking medications now for my POS. but for me, i am not experiencing any pain in my upper or lower abdomen even before my obgyne had to do ultrasound on me and found out i have that case, its just a routine check-up for me, but the last time she found i have POS.she said it is curable and nothing to worry about, as long as i'll have proper medications and regular check-up to see if there is any improvements going on,and when my period regulates, my POS will most likely to go away. but what she said that if its left untreated, i may have difficulty to get pregnant.(i really hope not, i still want to have kids in the future ofcourse.im 27yrs old now, but still not married) by the way, i also dont have cloudy urine.i think if you have that, and you have pain in your lower abdomen, it might be some infection.so you must see a doctor to examine you. women are prone to infection like U.T.I because we have a shorter urethra than men. anyway, i hope you will get well soon.i know we will. good day!

Go back to the doctor and let them know. It very well could be an infection.

are you on any antibiotics? they make urine cloudy,so it's not something to get scared about really.

Cloudy urine should have nothing to do with your cysts. This is a symptom of a UTI.
