is she a heavy set woman? If so, she may have a yeast infection in her skin fold which will let off a odor, and no matter how much she bathes she will have it unless it goes away.
As for he BO problems, maybe suggest a air freshener to the boss, it could help the smell. Maybe leave a secret admirer gift with some nice smelling lotions and sprays and bath gels and such. She may use it around the office.
And are you sure she isnt homeless or something. She may not have running water or may be a hippy and doesnt use any deodorant and if thats the case good luck,
Maybe ask for another desk or something away from her.
There is not much you can. It happens a lot to women during the time of the month because of the increase in hormones. Maybe hide an air fresher somewhere near by?
If you smell it, I know she does. Women usually take extra precautions during this time to eliminate the smell. She made need to use a powder or feminine deodorant spray. Tell her or casually mention you smell something that doesn't smell right. Ask her if she smells it also. She may take heed.
