Any home remdies for period cramps?!

eat banana,
streach out your belly,
warm black tea

Applying heat (heating pad, hot water bottle, icy hot muscle rub).
Asprin or some other pain reliever
Peppermint Candy
Drink water or other fluids so you can pee more and flush out the bloat.

Next month, try to exercise more before you start and you will not cramp as bad. Also, increase your calcium. Take 2 Tums (600mg) twice a day. That will be a total of 1200mg per day. This will be a calcium supplement you stay on that will help you now and as you get older.

If your periods are often very painful, then you need to go to your gynae and mention this. This could be endometeriousis. It's very common, nothing to worry about, but a gynae can help.

About painkillers, I would try to avoid them as they can actually make you feel worse when they wear off. (Personal experience)

drink grape fruit juice or licorice tea bag but never never take any tablets....those tablets are extremly dangerous for your body...i took tablets and as a result i had a bleed in my brain which made me disabled for life...never take unnessary medications

I used to get period pain on every 2nd day of my period, thats until I had my son, then it never happened again.

When I was your age, I used to sleep on my stomach and fall asleep, when I woke up the pain was gone.
My younger sister used to have fainting spells, which weren't very nice when she was in public areas.

I suggest you get over the counter anti inflammatory, or ibuprofen, and a heat pack.
