My friend had her firstperiod 2 weeks ago nd its started again is this normal fo!

Question: Having irregular periods in the beginning is normal, until your body's hormones are leveled out. However, having unusually long or very close together periods for an extended period of time can cause permanent damage to her reproductive organs.

The best thing she can do is to keep a journal, or a period calendar for the next few months. Mark when the period starts, and when it ends. It's embarrassing to have to talk about, especially when it's new, so having the calendar if she does end up going to the doctor's will help her and the doctor a lot. (She can show her mom the calendar and have her mom decide if she should go to the doctor)

yes...periods are irregular at first...tell her not to worry

it could be, but then again it's only her second, I think she should go to the docs, but first tell her mom.

Its nothing to worry about! Im 21 and still having irragular periods... sometimes i come on a week later and others i come on a month late... stupid really.. But its 100% normal!

While its her second period dont worry, but if it get annoying in the future try the pill cause that controlls your period so there not so irragular.
