2 hours is a long time. Even experienced women would be sore. It's not a big deal. It will heal quickly. It's pretty common to feel sore and swollen a day after long sex or fingering, even if it felt fine at the time it was happening.
Was this your first time?
It's possibly his nails weren't clipped and he cut you. This will make it hurt when you pee and what not.
Next time, make sure he's not as rough/his fingernails are clipped.
It shouldn't hurt at all while he's doing it, it should feel really good. Clean hands, short finger nails, lots of lube, and go s-l-o-w.

you may have been cut by his finger nails, or you are just very tight and probably should had use some gel.

Maybe he cut you (but don't panic, that heals itself about a week) with his fingernail. The next time, tell him to cut and wash his hands and underneath the fingernails.
I'll go with the fingernails theory, and he probably was rougher than he should be. Keep in mind, our equipment is simple and more durable, so we think yours is as tough as ours. If you two try again, you might want to give him some advice as it's happening.
