Question: Why am i so tired all the time.
I sleep early like around 9ish and i wake up at 5:40, but that about the apportiate time sleep.
I dont even feel like studying anymore, even if its a huge test, i dont study, cause im so tired.
At school i only start to be livley duirng 4th period.
When i get home i start to get sleepy at 6 which is strange, but i cant get anywork done.

thats almost the exact same situation i'm in. i've had test ran and nothing showed up . although my mom had the same thing, and she went to the doctor and something was wrong with her thyroid and she had to have it removed so i would maybe get tests ran? if nothing shows up ( like mine ) try exercising or taking vitamins. you could have a lack of iron. or anemia.

are you preganat that might be it

I have the same thing! I know how you feel. Maybe you should go to sleep earliar and keep the sleeping habbit & on weekends.

I would see a doctor just in case it's something bad. If you are JUST starting your period that may be it too. If you dont have healthy foods that could also be it.

Are you on any new medications?? They may be making you feel incredibly sleepy (happened to me...many times). Or you could just be getting sick and your body is trying to fight it off before it becomes full-blown. I know there is a sort of weird (I guess you could say) hybrid bug going around right now.

You might be pregnant or you're probably not eating right. Take some vitamins.

it could be mono. if you haven't already had it, you may want to get it checked out. it's a simple test at the doctor's office.

Your definitely lacking vitamins...especially Iron.
Start eating breakfast (something with fiber) it will help eliminate the toxins in your body. Exercise even if you don't feel like it. Believe it or not, it will give you energy and put you in a good mood. (10 min a day).
Stop eating sugary foods or those with caffeine in them because although you get a fast energy rush , you will crash later on and feel tired. If that doesn't help then you should get yourself tested.(you may have an infection or a virus).
I TRULY hope you get better. Good luck.

Try changing your eating habits and push through being tired and try to get more exercise! Add more foods that are rich in iron (baked potato with skin, turkey, beef, canned asparagus) Also, drink more water!!!

you need blood work, sounds like you have anemia.it could be many things,i have anemia have had it all my life when my iron is low i sleep lots can not make myself stay up. if you are eat liver,or mix jello up do not chill just drink it.but i say get blood work it may be vitamin deficiency.good luck
deb

Perhaps it's your diet?

I know if I don't eat enough (or enough of what I should!) I get really tired, just a thought?
