Could extremely small breasts be caused by a health disorder?!

Question: It's very hard to find information on this because as soon as one mentions there being something is wrong with small breasts all the websites jump into 'love you body' mode. They are not usually talking about extremely small breasts. in my case, I'm 20 and I my breasts stopped developing at 11, right after my first period. They never got very far past 'budding' and they have always been sensitive. I developed body hair and have always had a regular period, but my body hasn't changed much since I was 11.

There is nothing wrong, if that's the way you're supposed to be. What are the other women in your family like? If your blood relatives average out as small-to-average (exclude any implants, of course), then it sounds like you're normal for your genetic heritage. Yes, small is NORMAL for many, many women. Some men actually prefer small.

Now, if your family tends to run to DDD-to-F, then you might have a valid concern (note the "MIGHT" -- variations happen in families, too, there's always someone who has to run outside the norm). Some things like anorexia, or heavy athleticism, for example, can inhibit physical development (think of runners and Olympic gymnasts -- there's some self-selection by body type, but the lifestyle also appears to delay physical maturation). Anorexia basically deprives your body of what it needs to build itself -- especially breasts, which are mostly fat. I don't know if, having passed through an anorexic puberty, if eating properly afterwards can undo the damage. You'd want to talk to a doctor for a better appraisal.

...why are you so determined to find something wrong with yourself? Congratulations, you are an excellent body type for Olympic gymnastics, or professional horse riding, possibly ballet or ice skating. I'm too darn big for any of those -- I wanted te be a jockey as a child, but the riding instructor took one look at both my 6-foot-tall parents (and busty mother) and said, "You'll enjoy riding horses CASUALLY AS A HOBBY. Trailrides are fun... you won't be racing." And yes, I'm now a 6' natural DDD and it's darn hard to find clothes that fit well. Grass is greener, eh?

No. A lot of women with small body build experience this. I am about 5'2, 100lbs and a size A.

you probably are just a small chested person i really dont think its a medical condition if you have developed normally otherwise!

as long as u got a big booty daz good

It could be caused by a health disorder. Though if the only "symptom" you are experiencing is small breasts than I'm fairly sure it's no health side effect. A lot of women have smaller busts and only genetics to blame. I've noticed you've been asking these questions a lot lately. At some point, you will accept it. If not, then you might want to read into the 'love your body' thing.

It's not a health disorder, it's genetics.

many people have small breast

for an example dancers,skaters,b-ball players,etc.

i know u dont want to hear this but theres nothing wrong with small boobs

The fact that you have had regular menses indicates that there is no hormonal abnormality which would have stunted normal sexual development. Your breast size is likely not due to any health problems. If you really want larger breasts implants are an elective option. I recommend you first celebrate the fact that you are healthy.

It is pretty normal. I have several female friends who literally have nipples on their chests and that is about it. Not "small" boobs, just literally no boobs. I have male friends with bigger chests. I am afraid its just luck of the draw- genetics does stuff like that. It gave me a fat **** I hate.

i hava this toooooo

i don't think it's a medical condition so long as you are fully developed everywhere else. I guess once it's child bearing time you'll worry if you don't get pregnant right away, but don't stress too much. I definately won't go into that "love yourself" mode as I can't stand being so small myself. I feel your pain. I used to be a C and then I had 2 kids and have been breastfeeding for the last 4 years nonstop which has taken every single bit of perkiness I ever had. Now, I'm not even an A anymore. It is wayyyyyy harder to shop with no boobs whatsoever.

ur exactly like me. im 17 almost 18, i have zero breasts, its just a bud and i dont know if it will ever go away! i got my period at 16 though. i dont know if they'll grow ever. i dont know what to do. i wanna go on the pill, maybe that will help. but im not even flat, its like, pre puberty breasts and u barely need to wear anything under ur shirt!!!!
