Question: i am 12 going on 13 in 2 months and i havent gotten my period yet...my doctor said i should be getting it soon and that was 3 months ago he told me..i get cramps and bloating but no period

Ur not abnormal hun. You ovulate before your period which involves tenderness, aches and pains, cramping, etc. You could get it very soon, but don't be alarmed if you don't. And just some advice down the road do not be alarmed about periods skipping or happening twice a month. Your body is changing and these things will happen. Unless you have unbearable pain contact a doctor and take some asprin.

Yes that is normal. Some women don't start getting a period until they 14, even as late as 16 is not uncommon.

No ur normal. The cramping & bloating is most likely ur stomach not because of a period. Eating differently or exercising could change that.
Don't be in a hurry to start something that will plague you monthly for many years to come. When your body is ready, you will start your periods. Be patient, because by age 18 you will probably want to know how to stop them.
