Question: How to u figure out how long ur cycle is? I'm trying to find out my ovulation days and its more accurate if u know exactly how long ur cycle lasts. do i count the days b/t the end of my last period and the start of my next one or what???

Your cycle is from the first day of your last period until the first day of the next period....usually 28 days.

A full cycle is 28 days. A period only lasts for about 7 of it.
It is from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period. You should be marking this off on a calender. Most woman who are regular (approximately the same number of days in each cycle) ovulate about half way between the start of one period and the start of the next. If you find that your average cycle is 28 days then you should ovulate about 14 days after the start of your period. Remember though if you are using this as a form of birth control that it can vary by a few days either side of this date and that sperm can live for a few days in the vagina/uterus and the egg is still available for fertilization a few days after ovulation.
