Panic during sex?!
Question: Hey i've been with my boyf for 6 years and love him to bits but twice in the last month while having sex i have had sudden panic attacks like he is a stranger, i have a really strong urge to scream at him to get off me, i don't really know why, he is the only guy i have ever slept with.

It's definitely possible that the anxiety is rooted in something completely unrelated to sex, but just manifests itself during this time because you naturally feel vulnerable while engaging in the activity. I would recommend you try to figure out what is causing the anxiety in the first place rather than focusing on correcting your fears during sex. I'm not sure what other advice to give, but it would make more sense to attack the problem at its base instead of the effects it's having elsewhere. Feel better! :(

has anything changed in your relationship? if not its prob about you and not him! are you getting claustrophobic? talk to him about it and maybe speak to a doctor - tell them about the panic attacks - u dont have to tell them spesifically its during sex
Sounds like a past life thing or a repressed memory coming to the surface all of a sudden. You might think about seeing a therapist to work it out. (I'm not saying you're crazy; but it might help to get a professional objective opinion.)
