Look, sweetie. The only way NOT to be nervous is to never be without pads or tampons. Or pocket change. :D

Toilet paper. You can either bunch it up, or wrap it around your panties again and again to make a makeshift pad.

Take a lot of toilet paper and fold it up and put it in your underwear.

It will protect you for a little bit at least, until you get a pad or tampon.

Usually there is a box with that stuff on a wall and you can get them for 25 to 50 cents.

Well i'm 14 too, and i got my period when i was 13 and i haven't had that happen to me .yet.
But you know how in the public bathrooms there is like a vending machine with pad's and tampons in it, use that.
Just make sure in future that you carry pad's or tampons with you, all the time.
Good Luck.

If you don't have one, i suggest grabbing some toilet paper and fold it up in your undies(Lets hope you're not wearing a thong or g-string..<<)

Once you do that, that wll last for a little bit, so head striaght to the store, buy some, then change to a pad or tampon.

Wad up a bunch of toilet paper and put it in my underwear. Then I hustle to find a pad or tampon.

If it's in a public bathroom, they usually have dispensers that sell them for about 25 cents. I would just carry a pad or tampon around with me just in case.

toilet paper. talk to your mom- she might be able to help.

Toilet paper is about all you can use. Or use Tp then grab a paper towel because its a little thicker. But definately always carry tampons or pads with you. You may know its coming if you get some cramps.

Put period protection in your purse and just don't take it out. Have a little period stash. Put what you would normally use in there too, but have a stash that is just for an emergency. Also many bathrooms have tampon/pad machines.
peace

Well, i advice not to worry. first just get to the toilet and relax for enough time. try to get some toilet papers and clean yourself.... "take your time no need to rush up". after you finish leave straight away to your home...

Remember to take pads or tampons next time.... you should be ready for this situation if it happened. I know that this would embrace you alot if it tends to happened so take care and be prepaired for it.

You are still young... why don't you get close to your mum and tell her or ask her this question, sure she would answer you and in fact would be more helpful then we do over here. She know you very well and she knows whats the best for you.
