If the problem is the flavor just wait for the end, keeping it all in the mouth (Don't worry, it will find a place in there while you finish he job). Then when it is all done, just swallow it all at once avoiding the taste. You might wanna have a cup of juice or something close to you to beat the after taste.

Just doit quickly and don't think about it, or hold your nose, you can't taste it. But sometime their is a 'bad batch' and if so just spit it out. You don't have to swallow everytime, just do what is comfortable for you!
When taking asprin I usually put a little water in my mouth first, then pop the pills then a little water then swallow all at once, usually with no gagging.

lots of practice just take a swallowing vitamin every day and after a few weeks you should not have a problem with this.
make him drink lots of pineapple juice in advance, that way the semen will taste better. there's nothing wrong with swallowing...i don't swallow, but i love giving head ;-)
