I CANT STOP EATING!!!!!!!! please help please!!!!!!?!


Question: i eat soo much its just not healthy!!!! i cant stop i mean i subcounciously do it aandd i kno im doing but cant stop after 6 slices of pizza i only stop because either indigestion or theres none left i even binge on things i dont like
what can i do

Hi im a doc...

Its because you are bored, its been proven that women who are 'bored' eat more to keep them busy its not because your hungry. But of corse this a big problem, I suggest changing your diet and going on a very healthy one and for snacks have light foods. The other thing I would suggest is chewing gum, when ever you have the earge to go and eat something other than the 3 meals a day eat a chewing gum ( spit it out oviostley!) It puts you off eating, its fat free, and you can buy the non sugared one!!

I am there! and am haveing same problem. We are together on this one. Try self control. here is what i do.
I have a rubber band around my writst. If i dont think i should eat i snap it until i decide i wont eat at all. IT REALLY WORKS!

You should see a doctor. That could be the sign of an eating disorder. They will tell you what to do.

You can eat vegetables.You can stay away from fast foods.

try limiting your eating bye do something productive go outside, ride a bike, something to get food off your mind
