most women break their hymens without knowing at a very early age anyway...riding a bike can do it.

the hymen is shaped like a crescent shape, with a small opening in order to allow bodily fluids to pass through.

there you go! hope that helps! xx

The two have nothing to do with each other. Your period occurs because your uterus is shedding lining it does not need because there is no baby in there. Your hymen is a small flap of skin that gets broken when your vagina is penetrated for the first time. (Of course, hymen can break many other ways, like horseback riding, bike riding, very active sports, etc. It is fragile.)

The hymen has almost like, little tiny holes in it

The hymen is not a full wall, it's got holes for your period to come out of, so technically it's partially broken already no matter what you do. Once you have intercourse it breaks entirely though. The re are little holes and openings for when she still has her hymen.
