yes..very much so..Look at the label, most frozen, prepared foods are high in fat grams, not to mention sodium. However, high cholesterol is a genetic factor as well. Hope this helps!

High Cholesterol, or more precisely, High "Bad" Cholesterol, happens when you have oily food cooked at temperature over 130C, or you only eat animal fats.

Frozen foods do not necessary give you problem if you know how to eat them properly. It wlso depends on how the frozen foods are prepared. On the other hands, deep fried, roasted foods do give you problems.

To prevent high bad cholesterol, eat more phyto oils (flax oil, grapeseed oil, canola oil, corm oil etc.). They contains good essential fatty acids that can cleanse the bad cholesterols in the body. In order to imporve the absorption, add phyto oils into your soup, steam rice, oat meal, and eat it warm (30C-100C).

Good Cholesterols are precusors of PGE and can balance you body hromones. You will find great benefits from having good oils. Most of the auto-immune diseases and hormone related diseases are mainly becuase of insufficiency of EFAs. For female, you should eat some EPO or rosehip oil, borage oil, hemp oil as well. These oils contains GLA.
