The best way to ask is to be up front with her. It won't be as awkward! Just take a deep breath and go for it!

You "Hey mom could I try A diva cup?"

just go get one.

hey! well i'm the same age as u so i am finding it easy to put myself in ure position lol. you just ask her, like if she's saying goodnight or whatever, just say "hey mum, you know i always use tampons/pads for my period? well, do you reckon i could try a diva cup instead?" then she'll prob. ask y, and u tell her exactly what you just wrote, about tss and comfort etc. also, she may be a bit apprehensive that ure using a diva cup at a young age, so TALK to her about it! don't be embarrassed lol!

Watz the big deal? I think u shud be very frank to ur mom.Im 15 n i have learnt that life can be easier and a lot more fun if u r good frinds with ur mom So go ahead and frankly tell her about ur problem. best of luck

just ask she will understand

just ask! i remember the first time i asked my mom to let me use tampons i was scared but then once i just asked it was totally fine! i got all woried for nothing. so just ask her when you to are alone and just be like "hey mom tamps always leak and im scared of tss. pads are uncomfortable and i cant really use them when im active. can i mabey try a diva cup? ive heard good thing about them and in the long run they are gonna save us money!!" i think she'll understand and if not then keep using tamps untill you can go get your own diva cup!! best of luck!

I would simply tell her what you just said here. It sounds like a simple enough request.
peace

I know what you mean if you're embarrassed.
Why don't you text her?
Or leave a note?
I normally go with the text, I just find it easier, my mum and me get on really well, it just can be awkward, so try texting!
