Have you ever been SO traumatized by a stomachache that you were afraid to eat l!

Question: I almost thought I needed to go to the ER this morning because I was VERY nauseated & bloated. I just got off my period, & the pain I had felt like menstrual cramps X 10! I'm DYING hungry, but I'm afraid to eat.

You need to eat or you'll feel sicker. By worrying about it, you'll make yourself feel even worse. Try eating something light, like toast (NO BUTTER) or a light soup. Stay away from dairy and heavy foods until your tummy is back to normal. Just take your time and eat throughout the day. As soon as you get some nutrients in your body, you will start to feel better.

you can eat; your probably just making yourself more sick from worrying- but if you feel really bad just eat something light like soup or plain rice- nothing much.

I know a person like that. but they are like stupid crazy and they like never want to eat.
not saying that you are like that, Im just sayin.. hope you feel better

no not yet

There are two things going on: your stomach needs to rest a little but stomachs can't remain idle long or they don't want to start working again. So eat please and make sure your stomach doesn't have to work too hard. Someone suggested rice and that is great. So would be anything that is gentle on your stomach. Nothing fried or too greasy and nothing very spicy yet.

As gross as this sounds: just eat things that go down easy and come out easy for a few days.
