11yrs old and white discharge / cramps?!

Question: hello im 11yrs old and a couple of weeks before i started having this white discharge i had a few cramps and felt sick but that has gone now, but for about two months now i have been having white discarge (i always notice it in my panties when i go to the toilet) i have never had a period and it has not started yet as i have had no bleeding.

what does this mean has anyone else at this age had cramping and white discarge.

That discharge you are getting is a good sign your period is coming. I had that a year before my first period came which was a year and a half ago when i was 13.
If it is really bothering you ask your mum to buy you some 'panty liners' that sit in your undies and are very much thinner than pads to help prevent the discharge from going on your undies.

It sounds like your first period is coming, but i wouldn't count on it just yet, just carry pads with you.
Here are a few signs it's on its way.
Breast tenderness.
Bloated feeling.
Bad cramps, lay in a warm bath to soothe your cramps, trust me it helps!
You get whitish discharge for about a year before your first period, that's what i got and it got heavier so that's how i new it was coming and then in about 10 days it came.
When it first arrives you will feel unusually wet and sticky 'down there' and when you go to the toilet a dot of brownish or red blood about 1 inch wide will be on your undies.
Don't worry at the start your periods are very light so you will have plenty of time to get pad's. I would wait after your first period maybe your second to use tampons because i got my period last year when i was 13 and i still haven't used tampons.
Don't worry it will arrive and it is not scary at all, just talk to your mum if you are worried, that's what i did.
Hope i helped. :)

Talk to your mom about it.

you should have your first menstrual cycle soon

as you young as you are you could be ready for your periods
dont worry love

it probably means that u might be starting your period soon. talk to your mom about it. remember she was your age at one time and she can explain to you what's going on. i hope this helps.

i am 13, and the same happens to me. a girl gets discharge (alot) 6 months before her period. dont be afraid, i used to think something was wrong. talk to your mom about it, pantiliners can help too! good luck. its normal!

i was 11 when i started!

I get that, too. It's normal. I don't get cramps as often but sometimes I get them. And headaches. Yuck. By the way, I'm 13, so I'm sort of your age. I just started getting it about 3 months ago. I was freaked! Then I thought I was allergic to my panties, then I asked on here and I was like "Oh! I get it!" Usually about six months to a year of this means it's time to expect your first period. You can e-mail me any time if you want advice or just to talk!

its probably time for ur first period...GOOD LUCK.. but i also advise u to talk to ur mom

yeah i had it at age 10 1/2 didnt get my period till age 14 so dont sweat it

Well, when I was that age I startes having white discharge. It's perfectly normal. Unless, it looks like cottage cheese. Like thick and mushy, then you should call the doctor or talk to a close relative or your mom and see if they can take you to the doctor.

Good luck!!!
