Why do i always get depressed after a night out???!
Question: i suffer with post natal depression, and everytime i go clubbing i really have a good night out but the day after i always end up crying and i dont know why im only 19 and iv got a 15 month old daughter and im one of the unlucky one's to suffer the illness, i just dont understand why i cry after going out. does any one know why this may happen to me.?

I think you should definitely talk to your family Doctor for a referral to a psycologist. I am not a Mom but I do have problems with depression and it can get worse for no reason (that I understand since I am not a psycologist). I have been helped with therapy. You may also be feeling guilty for going out and having a good time without your child. I am sure you take good care of your child and make sure a competent sitter is with him/her when you are out clubbing. You need to have some time to yourself so you will continue to be a good Mom.
You need to get some therapy. I am no psychologist, but it sounds like you are upset because it reminds you of the fun non-parental life you feel like you are missing out on by having a kid to early before you were ready for one. Ask your doctor for a referral.
