Does anyone know much about breast augmentation?!

Question: I am considering getting implants. I have had 2 children and they just ain't perky like they used to be!!! But my worry is this.....I want a special kind done where they use what is called an "anchor cut". They cut a triangle piece of skin on the underside and then cut around the 'nips', put the implant in and then sow it all back together and the nip is smaller. I am one of those lucky girls who can be satisfied from my 'nips' getting extra attention. I am afraid to lose the feeling there, it would seriously put a damper on my love life. Is it very possible to lose that feeling there, or are the same nerves still intact?

Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

All I know is that natural is ALWAYS best

With todays technology you will not lose the sensation in that area.Good luck.

I think only 5% of women lost permanent feeling in their nipple. I'm almost 16 and I have to get breast implants just to fix my body to look my age (darn steroids). I'm willing to have numb nipples if I can just have a normal looking body for a few years while I'm young.

I had both my breasts removed at the age of 34 due to cancer.I've since had a reconstruction.I've read up a lot about breast surgery, and asked my surgeons lots of questions too.
Any surgery on the breast can cause loss of sensation. You may lose sensation for a while, but as the nerves re-attach themselves it may come back. You need to speak to a plastic surgeon as they all vary in ways in which they carry out procedures.Ask to see photos of patients.
Your body can reject the implants too.One pretty girl was in the bed next to mine when I underwent the reconstruction. She'd paid a Harley Street surgeon for private surgery.Sadly, the implants failed and she had to have them removed.
If your breasts are healthy, how I envy you.I'm saddened when so many young women have this operation done. You should be grateful to be healthy you know.Think long and well if you are having this done.I wish you luck.x
