Guys can't tell. Well, if it bleeds a lot and they feel the hymen break then that's a pretty good sign. Especially if the girl tells them a truth. But yeah, if there's no pain or bleeding then they can't tell. And even if there's a little pain or blood the girl might not be a virgin. Tightness is more to do with muscle tone and less to do with how much you've had sex.

No all girls are born with a hymen! Yes guys should be able to tell if the girl is a virgin unless she is lying to you about it. If a girl does have a few to alot of sexual partners she will lose tightness. It just what happens.

Well, if she's never had a penis penetrate her vagina, and she has a substantial hymen, then he can feel it and therefore knows she's never had intercourse. That doesn't mean she hasn't had other kinds of sex, though. And of course, nowadays, you can have a plastic surgeon make you a new hymen.
