You should confront her first.
how old is your sister? if she is of school age then maybe confront her or tell your parents. if she is pregnant she needs to go to the dr.

speak to your sister! dont go talk to anyone else or she wont forgive you but she prob needs your support if she is pregnant. talk to her, before you do anything.
Just ask her about it - she is probably more concerned than you and would like to talk it over with someone. Try not to be judgemental.
confront her but be kind and understanding she is probobly very scared and she needs some one to trust and talk to..be there for her.

It isnt up to you to tell anyone. Go to her and tell her you found the pregnancy test... Im sure she'll be glad that someone found out so she has someone to talk to! Im sure she's going through hell right now so be supportive and dont judge her, encourage her to go to an appropriate adult (Doctor/Parent).
I would ask her outright and then if she is then you help her tell your parents. If she is she will need to start seeing a doctor so be there for her and I hope everything works out.

As the other ladies said i would confront her when your parents arent around. make sure u tell her your not mad your just worried. being a young mom and having everyone around you be dissapointed and yell at you is hard enough. if she is pregnant then ask her what she wants to do. but let her decide who she wants to tell and when. hope that helps.

It would be better if you talk to her. Running to conclusions is very unfair on her part. I know the concern in you. Better talk to her personally and if it is true, give her a sisterly advice. Help her out in her situation. This is the time she really needs you.
