IUD experation date?!

Question: My IUD experation date (5 year Mirena) is coming up in November...I am sexual very active...should I take out/replace earlier.
I heard that it isn't as strong in the last year, any truth to that?

Yes take it out before yuo hit the 5 year mark (at your doctor's office of course) and get a new one. Don't forget to get your Pap Smear and STD testing as well as cervical cancer screening.

I don't know but mine is up in less than 6 months and it better still be working. That worries me I will have to talk to my doctor maybe you should too.
