I started to develop when I was about 11 (I'm 24 now) and it was hard 'cause not alot of my friends were developing yet. I would recommend getting a training bra now, or when you feel you need one. 12 is not too young for a training bra and if people say it is, don't listen to them, you need to do what's right for you!
You will know when you need a proper bra, there's no set time that you can predict as to when you will need one. You'll eventually notice when you play sport or run that you need support and that's when you need to think about getting a proper bra.
The period thing is a bit tricky, once again mine started quite early but I knew girls who didn't start getting their period until they were 16 or so. The best thing is try not to worry about such things, let time take it's course and deal with things as they happen.

try a small sports bra, just so they dont look awkward
get a trainging bra, they are for girls that are just developing, and are not big enough to fill cups. ask your mom to take you to the store to get one

7th grade, not a big deal, theres girls in my grade (8th) who are totally flat, so its just a matter of time, maybe month or two if theyve started already

You can start wearing a sports bra now if you want. They do have barely A bras...see if one of those fit.
They make training bras. Which I think are just like a sports bra, but looks more like a regular bra. If I were you just get some of those, or sports bras for a bit. This is a sign that you are going through puberty and will most likely start you period within the next few years.
wait until they get a little bigger until they fit into a small bra.....periods depend on your hight(taller people get them earlier), weight(fat people get them earlier), and genes(whether your mom got it early or late)

you need to start wearing a bra. wear a training bra now. are you asking how long until you get your period? you can't really control that, its unpredictable.
you might want to wear a training bra, or sports bra, to make you more comfortable, especially during exercise, i dont think i really started wearing a real bra till i was 14-15 years old....as for when you get your period...as your breasts have started growing i would imagine it wont be to far off start carrying a maxi pad with you at all times just in case
You should get a training bra, or a sports bra (without the wire). Try to get one that's 1 size smaller than you'd wear, and that has spandex/lycra and is elastic.
As for when you'll start having to wear one, it all depends on how quick you fill out.

you can get a training bra. there is no set time on how fast they will grow. mine came in spurts and some women don't get them, or they keep growing untill the mid 20's. you don't have to wear a bra at all, but most women choose to because they hold your girls in place, can keep your nips from peaking when you get a chill, and can keep your ladies from reaching for your toes as you age.

Maybe a sports of training bra, because it might look weird if they are starting to grow without one. And you can't really predict when you period will happen. How tall or short you are doesn't have anything to do with it.
