Do you drink alcohol? If so, your liver could be expanding (from over drinking), making your stomach have less room. If your stomach has less room, you will get full faster. Your livers expansion will make you have a "beer belly" as it is called when men get this...

If you don't drink, you could have:
- IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) - Symptoms:
*Bloating
*Diarrhea
*Constipation
*Abdominal Pain
- Gallbladder - Symptoms:
* Pain or tenderness under the rib cage on the right side
* Pain between shoulder blades
* Stools light or chalky colored
* Indigestion after eating, especially fatty or greasy foods
* Nausea
* Dizziness
* Bloating
* Gas
* Burping or belching
* Feeling of fullness or food not digesting
* Diarrhea (or alternating from soft to watery)
* Constipation
* Headache over eyes, especially right
* Bitter fluid comes up after eating
* Frequent use of laxatives
- Ovarian Cancer - Symptoms:
* bloating
* pelvic or abdominal pain
* trouble eating or feeling full quickly
* urinary symptoms, such as urgent or frequent feelings of needing to go to the lav

Or many other illnesses... most of which can be treated. See your doctor about this, because it could be very serious.

it could be a food allergy or gas. talk to your doctor, and drink plenty of water.

No, it means you are eating gassy foods. Foods with oat, wheat, and corn ferment after they are digested rather than during digestion and it leads to gassy buildup in the abdomen.

A "plate of food" can vary widely in the amount of food being consumed. A recommended serving consists of 1/2 cup. We Americans tend to not stick to those guidelines and overeat. You are short and fairly heavy for that height. Why don't you try cutting back on the amount of food you consume and see if you feel better after a meal; give this experiment about a week before you decide. If you still are feeling bloated, you might want to see your doctor; this could be symptoms of some GI or Gyn problem.

your body store the fat from the food, because you dont know when your going to eat more food

and

eating less than you usually eat causes the acid in your stomach to break down your stomach causing gas in the abdomen area
