I'm the same way! right now I am trying the negative carb diet! there are over 100 different negative carb food! celery and brocolli are my favorite. You can eat as much as you want and burn calories! Its great for snaking in between healthy meals!

Oh I'm right there with you...I shall watch for your answers..
I do exactly the same thing....I just fold too easily.
It doesn't help that I'm a Chef so therefore I cook all the time...what I need is my mouth stitching up lol...
I also emotionally eat, if I'm stressed, Angry, .....I wish I had control...

The fact that you are "strict" for two days, and then go off the diet shows what your problem is. if you are "strict" you only crave bad foods more. the best, most stress free way to loose weight is Weight Watchers, which is surprisingly easy and successful, and EXERCISE!

Banning everthing you crave is never going to help you lose weight, instead bann only a few of the things you crave and when you feel the craving instead of eating the whole bag of potato chips eat only a handful. Once you gain control of your cravings and your brain realizes it can have some of your cravings it will let off of driveing you to benge eat. Also diet with a friend not a male friend but another female friend, it will help to have someone to talk to.

it will motivate you and keep you in great shape
try swimming
i start swimming for school on tuesday and you coach says
i will kill you, but you will def be in more shape than anyone else on this campus[school]
it will keep motivated because it is a sport and if your a competitive person then you will want to keep going.
