The labia are the lips of your vagina, and you would insert a tampon in your vagina which is back towards your rectum, here are a few websites that will be helpful for you.

I am 12 sorry if you didnt want me to answer but i can help w/ the tampon part. I dont know what a labia or whatever is either, but when/ if i use a tampon u stick it in ur vagina, or from what i know. I dont mean to sound disgusting but thats it, women use it usually if they want to go in a pool or something..
if and when you use a tampon i dont know if you started your period yet but it goes right underneath your vagina area you know how if you stand with your legs apart just right underneath it you stick it all the way in until the whole thing is inside of you (sounds kind of freakish but its real) if you havent had sex yet i suggest that u use sanitary napkins im twenty-one and i am not a virgin but i dont use tampons i use pads from always. you have two to three holes in your private are there's one where you devolpe you period one you urinate out of and one for sex (where the guy puts his.............) you know what im talking about im sure. you have a small part right at the tip of the opening of the vagina its a the top called your clitoris you use that to masterbate or whatever. i hope im not being to open with you i just dont know another way to tell you especially through the internet. im hoping i answered your question and you learned from it. the labia im not sure where that is located but if you want do some research find you a health book about the female reproductive system and its going to show a diagram where all the body parts are i hoped i helped
lol dont worry! my mom went out and got me a book. yes a book! it was so embarasing, especially when my friends came over and were looking at my book shelf. but I learned to brush it off. I do know the labia is the fatty part on each side like two
look a like mounds. I know the clitoris is right up front by your
pee-pee hole. The vagina is where tampons go for your periods. That is about all of my knowledge in a nut shell.
