Make sure to carry some pads with you. Also make sure to carry a pair of undies in your purse, and wear dark bottoms to school just in case! You never know when your first period will come, but no worries bc many first periods are very light.
buy kotex ultra thin pads (the most comfortable) and relax. It's really no big deal. My first was just one day. Actually only five minutes of just gushing out and then it stopped until the next month. Your first few will probably be a bit unpredictable so always have some protection with you just in case. :)
