It depends on how you are growing. The number is how big around you are under your chest. The letter is how much larger your chest is than that measurement.
For example if you are 36 inches around and your chest is 37 inches around you would be a 36A, but if you are 36 inches around and your chest is 39 inches you would be a 36C.
In order to determine what comes next you should be measured. Victorias Secret and other department stores will measure you for free (and you keep your clothes on).

Depends on where you buy it. If you get custom fit they can come as large as 40A. At places such as Wal*Mart it'll probably be 32B. =]]
