Question about cyle length?!

Question: If I start my period on Jan 1 (day 1), then I have my next period on Jan. 28 (day 28, also day 1 of next period), does that make my cycle length 27 days or 28 days? I'm confusing myself!

27 Days.

Jan 1 = Day 1 = first day of "full flow"
Jan 27 = Day 27 = last day of cycle
Jan 28 = Day 1 = first day of "full flow"

Therefore your cycle would have been 27 days. This is normal.

Key is day one is always counted as first day of full flow (heaviest day), not spotting leading up to it. You do NOT count one day twice.... day 1 of a cycle is NOT the last day of your previous cycle.

.

Its always 28 days long.. Learn your biology!

Everyone is different not all periods are 28 days. It goes from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period...which in your case is 28 days. But if this is your first couple cycles it may take a little while to get on a set pattern and some women aren't that lucky. I hope this helps.

i dont know i have always confused myself on that too!! if its 28 days thats not really a month! wel mine goes jan 2-10 then in feb starts 11. i think that is much easier than other ppls wierd counting!!!

As usually get 28 days cycle each month, as soon you'll get next period. Every women are difference time. All depend on you cycle when you'll get next period.
