if you aren't turned on why would you want to finger yourself?? If you are doing it because you are curious you should wait until you are turned on. Why don't you try watching sexual movies/magazines/porno's etc and if you feel the need to touch yourself then you can do it - try rubbing the outside first rather than putting your fingers inside because you can hurt yourself if you dont know what you are doing.
