Yeah, it starts happening a bit before your period, so I would recommend wearing liners, so if you do start your period, it will not bleed through your pants. It may go away a little bit after you start, but it may keep going as well. It sucks to have, but there is nothing you can really do about it. It will be there even if you are not on your period or about to start it.

Yes! Complety normal, is discharge. From the time you start your period until who knows, you will have this!
As long a it doesn't smell nasty or get a yellow.grey or green tint to it, then everythings fine down there =)

if it is just white dry stuff in your panties and you are not sexually active then it is probably just discharge.
if you are sexually active and have white stuff in your panties and just had sex it could be semen.
if you are sexually active and the white stuff has a nasty odor to it like something that is spoiled or looks like cottage cheese or has a greenish color to it like pus then you need to have your mom take you to see a gynecologist.
But, the way you described it, it is simply discharge , which is your body's way of keeping that part of your body moistened
When you do have sex please use a condom.....the sexually transmitted diseases(std's) are awful, so stay safe.

Its Just Discharge Basically it's your Body's Way of Getting Ready for your Periods all you need to do is Get Some Pads Ready for when you'r periods do come. Its Fine Nothings Wrong. You dont Need To Panic at all if theres a Parent Or Someone like and older Sister Trust well ask them for Advise.
