A question about tubel ligation and menopause?!

Question: I Am 30 years old and had a tubel ligation 2 and a half years ago. Just wondering what the first symptoms of menopause Is. I have been over heating In a majoy way, to the point It feels like my blood Is about to boil. Im also having wicked mood swings and get angry/sad at nothing. And lastly my periods which usually would last about 5-7 days Is now only lasting 2-3 days? Could this be the first stages of menopause? And Isnt 30 abit young?

Yes, you are too young according to the doctors. The thing is, everyones body is different and I could very well be the onset of menopause. Could you find out if the other women in your family had these problems, did they have early menopause? These symptoms can last for years before you start actual menopause. I have had a hysterectomy at the age of 38 and I have the hot flashes and they are terrible; you feel like you are on fire from the inside out! I also have the night sweats, don't have too many mood swings; I take Estroven, a herbal supplement I get at Wal-Mart for my symptoms and it really helps the mood swings! It tones down the hot flashes, but they are not as bad during the day. The most I have the hot flashes, is at night. This could be a severe case of anxiety, you should go see a doctor...a tubal will cause you to bleed really heavy too. Need to talk to a doctor and get treated, could be depression as well and these only get worse if they go untreated. There's no magic pill to fix all your problems, and I know we can't run to the doctor for every little thing, but sometimes things can get so over whelming that you may need to get help.

Good luck and best wishes....

Have your Doctor check you out. It could just be a hormone imbalance.

You could be in Peramenopause, go to your dr and have your blood tested.

They don't call it menopause until you've gone 12 months without a period. 30 isn't that young there are many books out there with suggestions, first see your dr to make sure its not anything else.

Trust me when I say its a great thing when you're young and you don't have a period. the moodiness will get better, mine lasted about 4 months
