Yes- too much exercise stops the mensuration. Also, stress can delay it.
Too many demands on your emotions and body. The Lord made periods to help a woman know if she is taking care of yourself. If you are over-doing anything, listen to your body- it will tell you. Get to a gynecologist to tell about regulating the period, and he will fill you in on the needs to keep it regular, which will mean your health is improved-
regular bedtime every night,
protein snacks and
rest every other day instead of exercise, and that for only 30 minutes is all the body requires'.

Why did you capitalize every word? And yes, it will. Not sure about any certain amounts of time, but I do know it will.
