Ladies,Please help does anyone know whats going on?!
Question: Hi,I would appreciate any help im a bit confused,i have been on the pill for 10years i went off it just over 3 weeks ago as i thought i may have been pregnant,i took 2 tests which were negative,so ive been just waiting for my period to come naturally but it hasnt,then last night i wiped myself and there was some light pink blotch then today ive had some darker brown but only like a few spots had anyone had this after the pill?Is it my period coming?I wandered if i was getting sick as i have had a funny lump in my throat also and my boobs are different,not sore just nipples are bigger and the little dots around them are too.Has anyone else had this after coming off pill?Is there something wrong?Please help as i cant sleep

DON'T WORRY. You have been on the pill a very long time and getting off it is a big change for your body. Some women will not bleed for months and others won't STOP bleeding for months. Give your body a few months to get back on track. The spotting and pink discharge are normal as well, this is just your body trying to figure out its cycle again. However, the lump in your throat and enlarged nipples aren't anything I have ever heard of before. They may be completely unrelated to you getting off the pill. But your odd spotting and discharge sounds very normal for someone who has got off the pill after being on it so long.
U PROBABLY TOOK THE TEST TOO SOON... WAIT TO SEE IF U HAVE A PERIOD WHEN UR DUE FOR ONE IF IT DOESN'T COME THEN DO THE TEST... I BET IT WILL SHOW POSITIVE....
Thant's all normal. After being on the pill for 10 years it'll take months before your period is "normal" again. If you are worried about getting pregnant use condoms. If you are off to clear your system so you can get pregnant start taking folic acid NOW even if you aren't planning a baby for two years. Boobs changing too is normal your hormones are adjusting. Don't worry.
