Blood in urine. Doctor in the house? Anyone who can help? Please?!

Question: This started about two days ago, so it is fairly recent.

I'm just at the end of my menstration cycle and the blood may just be from my period; although I'm really not sure.

There is no blood stains on my panties, and blood only appears whenever I pee.

I have similar symptoms to a urinary tract infection (which I had almost a year ago), where I have a frequent need to urinate although I only produce a small amount. Also, it hurts to pee; though not as bad as when I had the UTI. After I urinate, blood drips out. Its much more thin then menstration blood, and it only appears after I'm finished urinating.

Once I'm finished peeing, I also have pain in my vaginal area... almost like a throbbing pain. Other than that, I have pain no where else at any other time.

Any ideas? Help would be WONDERFUL.

Thank you!

If it helps any; I'm a 14 year old female.

I'm not a doctor but have some info that may help you. It sounds like you might have a UTI. Check to see if your urine is cloudy. It may also develop an abnormal smell, strong. Drink some cranberry juice and it will help with the symptoms, also drink plenty of water to flush any bacteria out of your urinary tract. If their is blood in your urine it could be a kidney infection. You need to go to the doctor to have a dip test done. It will indicate blood in your urine and if its a UTI or possibly bladder infection, but you need to go after your off your period completely.

I am sure it's from you period. Relax.

Honey its probably menstral. Ask Mom to take you for a urine test. Blood in the urine happens when a kidney stone scrapes its way down or infection BOTH which hurt as hell.

Try this...

If there is blood in your urine, your bladder infection could already be in your kidneys. But, since you think it's thin, you may have a small cut or something...could be leftover from period...sometimes at the end it is like that...very light.
If there is pain, though, I would recommend getting in to the doctor when they reopen on Tuesday. If it is very painful, go to an urgent care center that is open on MLK day (your doc office may also be open.)

im sure its your period too. when i pee theres blood. its your period coming out and the pee is watering it down so thats why it drips and look watery and looks like it could be from your urine. also the throbbing is it just on the inside? it could be just from the period. if your real worried get it checked. or better yet ask your mum. that would be the best idea!!!
