Why does this happen when i exercise???!


Question: when i exercise my bones snap alot...like in my knee's and elbows and ankles...im young..and im not overweight...my bones just seem to crack alot....should i be worried????? its not painful even tho it does make me cringe sometimes..LOL thank you

mine do too. The experts don't actually know what that noise is when a joint pops, but if it's not painful or uncomfortable, i wouldn't worry about it. Personally, i think it's fluid being displaced within the joint, but like i said, they don't really know what it is.

Try drinking more milk or calcium supplements.Your bones just may be weak from lack of calcium.the cracking may just you overexercising. Make sure you take a 10-15 minute break every hour or so.It also Helps to stretch slowly before and after the exercise to get your muscles ready 2 move.
