Does yaz birth control make you gain weight?!

i put weight on with microgynon but dropped a dress size when i changed to cilest... best thing to do is try it, if it doesnt work come off it. best of luck.

Weight gain with birth control really varies from person to person. I've never gained weight with birth control, but my best friend who was on the same pill as me gained 10 pounds. The best thing you can do is make sure to exercise and eat healthy to try and avoid gaining weight.
